Blabbo is an Elf who is firs seen in "Love is Hell".
he has a purple skin and black hair.
In Love is Hell, he attends the secret elf meeting during which King Rulo and Leavo reveal they discovered that Dreamland is in fact the long lost kingdom of the Elves. Rulo reminds everyone in the meeting that they cannot let the humans know about this discovery, and immediately orders Blabbo to be arrested for this very reason. As the guards take him away, Blabbo angrily points out that they should stop inviting him to these meetings if they're so afraid he might blab about it to others.
