Appearance
He appears to be either pre-pubescent, or in puberty, with an annoying voice.
Trivia
He bears some resemblance to Squeaky-Voiced Teen, a character from the Simpsons, filling a similar role. If his counterpart is to be taken into consideration, he may appear in the future working other unlikable jobs.
