Dreamland royal crown

The Royal Crown is the symbol of power for the House of Grunkwitz, the ruling family of Dreamland.

The crown is made of gold, with a red gemstone embedded in the front and a second gemstone located on a seperate attachment.

Throughout the series, the crown is mostly worn by King Zøg, but others who have donned it are Prince Derek during his brief stint as king at the end of season 1, part 2 and the start of season 2 and Queen Bean when she was coronated in "Bean Falls Down". In "Goodbye Bean", after deciding to step down as king and live in the woods with Ursula and Jasper, Zøg gave the Crown to the crown-wearing deer.

At some point prior to the start of the series, Alva Gunderson secretly had a television transmitter installed in the crown, so it allows him to spy on the Royal Family. It is unknown how or when he did this, but considering the Arch-Druidess is his spy, she likely played a hand in this. This transmitter proved essential in "Fish Out of Water" when Bean and Mora find a television in the Cathedral that turns out to be tuned in to the crown. They thus find out Zøg is in Steamland and he is in trouble.

As seen in "The Cabinet of Dr. Chazzzzz", the crown can be disassembled into four compartments. Vip and Vap did this so they could hide the crown in their backpacks.
