Elf Alley is an elf refuge located within the city of Dreamland and home to Elfwood-in-Exile . It is packed with houses and residencies made of sticks, cloth and other materials. Their economy is run by Gold Coins.
History
After the elves make peace with Dreamland, they gave up their independence and deserted their previous residency, the kingdom of Elfwood. They built Elf Alley in Dreamland as a new permanent residence.
Government
King Rulo is the autonomous ruler of the alleyway and is assisted by the Elf Council, while King Zøg (and later King Derek) is overall sovereign of the entirety of Dreamland, including Elf Alley.
