The Goons are the soldiers of Emperor Cloyd and Becky the Enchantress. They come in a great varity of shapes and forms.
They are former humans that were scratched with the Arms of Prudence, turning them into abominations looking like humanoid animals or fantasy creatures. It also reduces their intelligence and makes them loyal to Cloyd and Becky. Queen Dagmar also uses them as her soldiers after taking over Dreamland.

- While it is shown that Prudence's arms can be used to turn humans into Goons, the fact that Maru's Royal Family already had Goons before cutting off Prudence's arms may indicate that they had already used this method with another Maru inhabitant before.
