Ogres are a species in Disenchantment.

Ogres in the series are similar to how they are portrayed across popular culture and folklore; large, brutisch creatures with grey or green skin, big teeth, large features. The males wear no clothing other than loincloths. Some ogres are bald, while others have hair or even beards. They are quite violent but generally not all too bright.

They were once at war with gnomes, and that war never really ended as the gnomes and Ogres are still seen fighting several times throughout the show. According to King Rulo in "Our Bodies, Our Elves", Ogres are everybodies sworn enemies.

Elfo and Bean visited Ogreland when looking for the Legendberry tree. At the end of the first part of the second season of the series, when the green smoke that the inhabitants of Dreamland mistook for a threat turns out to be only Big Jo and his assistant Porky, the relieved inhabitants of Dreamland are quickly faced with an invasion of Ogres led by Junior, who demands that Elfo be handed over to them. After seeing how much his friends had to give up for him, Elfo decided to sacrifice himself by throwing himself at the Ogres, landing on Junior's arms, who orders the other Ogres to retreat now that their mission was complete. In Season 2 part 2, Elfo is taken to Ogreland, where he finds out the Ogrequeen Grogda is his mother. After the death of King Brock, Grogda becomes the ruler of the Ogres and makes peace with Dreamland. In "The Battle of Falling Water", the Ogres come to Dreamland's aid to fight the forces of Queen Dagmar, but by the time they get there the fight is already over.
