Quito is an elf who is mentioned by Pops in "The Good, The Bad, and the Bum-Bum". After Pops tries to save Elfo from the Ogres but is caught in the act and imprisoned with Elfo, he tells Elfo that Elves never quit, except for Quito. He then briefly rants about his dislike for Quito because of him quiting on everything all the time.
