Superviso is the supervisor of the candy factory in Elfwood. Later on, he also acts as a form of operational management for the Elves serving as sort of second to the Elf King
Superviso is a stern boss who separates Elfo from Kissy when they start making out in public, because "no tummy-touching". He is later shown attending the attempted execution of Elfo by hanging from the Gumdrop Tree, where he informs the Elf King that it's difficult to actually kill elves with the noose.
