This unnamed Raccoon is one of the animals living in the Enchanted Forest. He can talk like a human, walks upright, and wears a blue jacket and brown hat.
In "Beanie Get Your Gun" Prince Derek encounters him in the forest, where the raccoon is demonstrating a card-based shell game to some animals, and challenges Derek to give it a try. Derek has to guess which of three cards is the queen, but gets it wrong and the raccoon takes his wallet. Later, after Derek meets Sagatha, she tells him to try again but pay attention to the raccoon himself instead of the cards. Derek thus finds out the raccoon has a squirrel hidden up his sleeve who quickly swaps the cards at the last moment. Derek angrily exposes the scam and takes his purse back.
The raccoon is seen again in Season 3 among the various Dreamlanders that gather for the revolution against Queen Dagmar.
