WhoCareso is an elf who is briefly seen in "The Battle of Falling Water".
He is among the elf soldiers that confront Queen Dagmar and her troops outside the Crystal Cavern. When Bad Bean throws a dagger at Elfo, she misses and hits WhoCareso in the head, instantly killing him. When King Rulo comments on his passing, he first mistakes WhoCareso for Alivo, to which Superviso corrects him that the Elf's name is Deado, before correcting himself again to the right name. By this point however, King Rulo has lost interest and tells Superviso to shut up.
